Dispatch Timeframes
Orders placed with Planet Peptide are processed and dispatched the next business day after payment confirmation. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Orders placed after business hours on Friday are dispatched the following Monday. You will receive tracking confirmation by email at the time of dispatch.

All domestic orders ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS depending on destination and service selected at checkout.

Temperature-Controlled Packaging

Order Tracking
Tracking information is sent automatically to your email address at the time of dispatch. If you have not received tracking within one business day of your order confirmation contact us immediately at sales@planetpeptide.co with your order number.
Returns and Refunds
Planet Peptide accepts returns on unopened products within 30 days of purchase.
To initiate a return:
All returns must be pre-approved via email at sales@planetpeptide.co before being shipped back. Include your order number and reason for return in your email. Unapproved returns cannot be processed.
Refunds are processed within 2 to 3 business days of receiving the approved return, back to the original payment method. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges are available for the same or lesser value within the 30-day window.
Damaged or Compromised Shipments
If your order arrives with temperature excursions indicated by the monitoring sticker, or with visible physical damage, do the following:
- Photograph the packaging before opening
- Photograph the temperature monitoring sticker
- Email images to sales@planetpeptide.co with your order number
We will dispatch a replacement at no cost. Do not discard the original packaging until the replacement has been confirmed.
Missing Items
Missing items must be reported immediately upon receiving your order. Contact sales@planetpeptide.co with your order number and details of the missing item. We will dispatch the missing item with shipping costs covered.
